ORDER STATUS REPORTING
Reporting each of your order’s ten steps
What takes place with your order following the approval of the order summary
1
Preproduction Planning Phase
The apparel consultant plans the order, notifies all team members in writing, and provides an explanation of it to them. In this stage, the production is scheduled, and a flowchart is made for its execution.
2
Digitizing Phase
To produce the best personalised clothing line possible, all raw materials are bought.
3
Procurement Phase
To produce the best possible line of personalised apparel, every raw material is bought.
4
Pattern/Panel Cutting Phase
During this stage, patterns are created using your specified measurements and are cut into the desired shapes.
5
Printing/Dyeing Phase
During this stage, your entire garment line’s printing is completed.
6
Sewing Phase/tagging phase
To assure the printing’s quality, we sew the garment together before printing it. This stage includes stitching and tag application.
7
Quality Checking Phase
This basically refers to the offsite quality assurance part, where all the items are checked to ensure that quality is being delivered to you at the end, and if some items are still faulty they are taken out and replaced with the extra ones we made during the process. Although we have an onsite and offsite quality check process, you can read about them here. Typically, we produce 5–10% more than what you requested.
8
Packing Phase
The clothing is professionally pressed before being put in the polythene bag the purchaser has chosen.
9
Shipment Phase
Orders are given to a shipping business; this company may be DHL, FedEx, Skynet, or another one that offers online tracking. For additional information, please see our shipment policy.
