OUR PROCESS
What occurs to your order once you place it?
Although we will do everything possible to make sure your customised clothing line turns out precisely how you want it to, we need your help in putting the project’s main points into a concise form.
1
Taking Note of the Instruction and Gathering Information (Order Summary)
We summarise everything as per what we have learned from your provided instructions and artwork. typically takes one or two business days, but it may take longer if the data is incorrect or not presented in a way that is easy for us to interpret.
2
(Order Summary Approval) Going over it with you via phone or email
Second, we go over the executive summary of your personalised clothing line with you on the phone or via email, with a computer being the preferred setting for this conversation with our garment consultant. On the order summary, the desired adjustments are further discussed and modified. When you give your approval for the summary, the turnaround time starts, and we carry out the sample procedure.
3
Sampling Method
It is up to the clients if they want to see a sample in between their order or ask us to move forward directly with bulk manufacturing. It is advised that you always begin with the sampling procedure if it is your first order. After you confirm the summary, we will first produce one sample piece from you and send it out or show you high quality photographs depending on your needs. After receiving your approval, we proceed with the bulk production.
Please be aware that we will need your cooperation during the sampling process as we will keep you informed of the progress and need your approval for items like print designs, label designs, and more.
4
Bulk Manufacturing
Once you have given us the go-ahead for bulk manufacturing while using your approved sample as a model to follow, we move forward with it and get things produced for you as soon as possible depending on your ordering quantity and the time quoted to you. This is the process where you sit back and relax after doing all the hard work with the sampling process.
